Exploring Bangkok – A Journey Through Thailand’s Capital

Bangkok is a city where tradition meets modern life — and we experienced it all! From grand palaces and temples to floating markets and neon-lit shopping districts, here’s our full adventure

Cities visited

Bangkok · Bangkok
➡️ Day 1
We started at Iconsiam, one of the most luxurious malls in Asia. Beautiful interiors, great views, and our first Thai food experience!
Later, we explored China Town — a buzzing maze of lights, street food stalls, and traditional shops.

➡️ Day 2
We visited the Grand Palace and Wat Phra Kaew (Temple of the Emerald Buddha), both absolute must-sees.
Then, we enjoyed a traditional Thai dance show with incredible costumes and storytelling.
At sunset, we admired Wat Arun (“Temple of Dawn”) — stunning views and photos!
Evening fun at Khao San Road — bars, markets, exotic snacks (yes, we tried crocodile 🐊), and famous Thai pancakes.

➡️ Day 3
We left the city for the Ancient City, an open-air museum with miniatures of Thailand’s historic landmarks — beautiful and peaceful!
Back in Bangkok, we explored Siam — the capital’s shopping heart with huge malls and designer stores.

➡️ Day 4
We went on a floating market adventure! First stop: Taling Chan — a boat ride through canals and glimpses of local life.
Then Khlong Lat Mayom, a more local market where we tried crab skewers, fried dumplings, and mango sticky rice 🥭🍚.
Later, we relaxed at Lumpini Park during sunset — a peaceful green break in the city.
Dinner in Siam (scallops, ramen, and rice), followed by go-karts inside the mall!

➡️ Last Day
Before flying to Phuket, we chilled at the mall — shopping and one last feast (schnitzel omelet, coconut, and ramen!).
