Iceland Road-Trip 10 days with motorhome
✔ Trivaction approved
10 days, one campervan, and a relentless chase across the Land of Fire and Ice. Facing incoming storms, we flipped our entire route to keep bad weather one step behind—racing across the Ring Road and Golden Circle through towering waterfalls, glacial lagoons, and black sand beaches. Along the way, we successfully spotted majestic whales breaking the Arctic waters and caught the magical glow of the Northern Lights three separate times, finishing with an unforgettable view of the green skies danci

Day 1
The reason that we decided to start with the ring road and not with the golden circle as it was our initial plan, was because of the weather forecast showing huge storm would come. So, by changing our initial plan we managed to have the storm always a day behind us, and that decision was the reason of our trip to succeed.

300 meters walking distance from Seljalandsfoss. Definitely worth it!
There are two stories about this waterfall 1)If your hair get wet with the water from Skogafos you will get supernatural powers 2)A legend says a Viking had hide a treasure behind the waterfall, and if you manage to go behind it you will find the treasure
Be careful of the sneaky waves. They can actually be deadly if they pull you in the sea. Also be careful because sometimes Calisi and her dragons may be there!

Day 6
Because of that we visited only one place 10 minutes driving from our campsite and we spend the rest of the day relaxing and preparing from the next days of our road trip.
That day also we saw in the news a bridge that we had passed a day ago it was overflood, and that was a confirmation of our good decision to start with the ring road instead of the golden circle as we planned initially.
